Masks and faces,
Towns and places,
People try to hide,
From an invisible virus,
Parading by their side.
What is wrong with the world today?
What is right with the world we say?
The Pandemic has taken our freedom away,
We live in project fear,
Rules to obey.
Why has the clock speeded up?
Everyone looks stressed, or in a rut,
Where have all the smiley faces gone?
Covid19 has taken its toll,
On everyone.
No wonder we only wine and dine, and watch T.V.,
Our bodies are in limbo, we can only see,
If only we could lead the new normal back,
To continue life’s journey,
On a more spiritual track.
