Have you ever considered what your intentions are? How do your actions affect other people? Was this the intention?
All our actions and intentions have direct consequence to the Karmic energy in our world. Well-meant, loving intentions will bring great energy to your life and the world whilst malevolent, unkind thoughts will cause upset and pain to others, and ultimately, to you.
How many of you have wanted to back at someone who hurt you? Did you intend to cause them pain?
Use your spiritual self to deal with your issues
Asking your ‘higher self’ to connect with someone else’s ‘higher self’ is a great way to resolve uncomfortable, unhappy situations and will certainly help you achieve the outcome you desire but remember, wishing ill of someone will always have a negative effect on you too. What you give out, comes straight back to you – it is a law of the Universe.
An Intention is a mental state whereby you commit yourself to a course of action. For example; planning to read More to Life is an intention.
Positive intentions would never hurt or upset anyone – they will only benefit others (and yourself). We should be very careful what our intentions are.
Spiritual Healing
The most important part of a spiritual healing is the practitioner’s intention to benefit their client. It doesn’t matter if a Reiki healer for example misses a ‘symbol’ or another drops a hot stone on the floor. Spirit watches closely at how we seek to rectify our mistakes. A benevolent intention is what matters in all situations.
Relationships
Intention particularly plays out in relationships; both partners should firmly understand the reason why they are in a relationship; What they hope to achieve from it; What they are willing to sacrifice for it; How hard they are prepared to work at it. Too often, people have different intentions, or conditioning about their expectations – the negative effects of a broken relationship can be long lasting and devastating.
A positive intention can be something as simple as buying a loved one a bunch of flowers – the intention to give joy and happiness and to feel good for being kind. The positivity and energy will life both parties’ auric fields to higher states of positivity.
Auras expand and retract depending on how we feel. Often, we find those who need help, the sick and infirm have somewhat retracted auras which expand as the patient begins to feel better. Positive intentions to get better will help with the recovery process whilst accepting (or even feeling comfortable with) their situation will exasperate the situation.
On a spiritual level everything we do and say is seen and monitored by what I call the ‘secret service’– an unseen force that sees and hears everything we say and do.
Free Will
Some people believe that we choose our own paths in life and are responsible for what happens. Others, usually more spiritual people, believe that our life path is established before we are born; that everything we encounter is predestined to offer some form of lesson or experience. Either way, we still have our ‘free will’ which means we can do what we want, but there will be consequences to our actions.
The other persons point of view
Sometimes we don’t see eye to eye with another person. When there is a disagreement, most of us only consider our own feelings and how their behaviour affects us. Seldom do we stop to consider how it feels to be in their shoes, how they are feeling. So many wonderful opportunities are lost for simple, stupid reasons; pride, ego, selfishness… Wouldn’t it be a happier world if we stopped to consider another’s feelings and worked together to find an amicable solution. This is true of personal and professional relationships but also on the world stage – it would probably put an end to some wars. Imagine asking your enemy – What is the matter? How can we sort this out? I’m sorry if I offended you. Just imagine.
How do you want to live your life in the future?
Do you intend to live life on social media sitting in front of a screen and communicating mostly using a screen of some sort. Isn’t it nicer to have a real conversation, feel someone’s energy, hear their voice and give them a hug. We are losing the skill of human connectedness, of looking into someone’s eyes and really listening to each other. Love, Compassion and Harmony are not easily expressed in an email or message online.
Be certain of your intention in all aspects of your life and work hard to stand by it. Forgive yourself when you slip up but get straight back on the right path before you feel the consequences. We are all human; we all make mistakes and occasionally curse someone but try your hardest to make sure what you ‘put out’ into the world is benevolent, kind and loving. It will most definitely be what you get back in return.
I intend to serve the Sprit World for the rest of my life, helping unite families, heal hearts and promote inclusivity always. That’s a start.
