Love Brings Humility

middle

‘Many of our hearts were shrivelled and small from harsh living, wars, greed and atrocities to man’.

Metatron message 2009

For centuries, we have been learning about love; in the Middle Ages it was very different to what we understand today and thankfully we have become much more emotionally aware over the last two decades.

We are continually revaluating love, learning new aspects with realisations of what LOVE really means. The learning of LOVE with humility is a constant learning and we have seven levels to learn and conquer.  The most challenging is unconditional love, especially for the self.

Humility and compassion remain a stumbling block in today’s society. People find it hard to say sorry and forgive their past/present experiences, grudges can remain for a long time. Love brings mixed emotions; highs and lows, happiness, sorrow, joy and tears. Individual hurts leave people afraid to remove their guard, fearful of a repetition – trust issues.  Living with unconditional love would heal wounds and allow them to move on.

Humanity yearns for Love and the inner peace it brings. The word Love has different perceptions/outcomes to each of us. Do we love conditionally? Are we looking for a reward or payback, critical, judging etc? Or do we love unconditionally – accepting individuals for who they are with compassion and humility?

Did we learn unconditional love as a child? Were we nurtured or not?  If not, our concept of love can be dysfunctional.

Seven levels of Love

  1. Physical level
  1. Mind
  2. Emotion
  3. Heart
  4. Devotion
  5. Inspiration
  6. Unconditional  Love

Physical Love

Some believe that sex is Love. Individuals become stuck in level one, (sexual) love. The physical act gives feeling to individuals who are numb and cold, it is the only way they can feel something physically. They are detached, living ‘out in the cold’ physically. cold hands/feet etc.

Mind Love

Tends to be conditional. Choices made from a heart centred understanding is quite different from the mind. The outcomes can be a million miles away from each other!  The heart will respond with desire and your interests at heart. Mind will default to conditioning, what we think we should do (taught and conditioned from family, church etc.) instead of what we want to do!

Mind love can entrap us in illusion and separation leaving us cold and calculated instead of soft and warm. We receive heat and warmth from our heart connection.

A good way to test this is when we have a hug – is there a feeling of warmth or coldness? Is there a frosty space between you? Frosty air space means heart zones are reduced/closed.

Emotional Love

Makes us teary, with fantasy perceptions – swooning over a boy band or celebrity for example. Emotional love comes and goes quickly, changing our perceptions around who we fall in/out of love with. Emotional love can be fickle!

Heart Love

We feel more comfortable with people with open hearts living ‘love frequencies’. Their presence feels warm and embracing. We feel at ease. Frosty prickly energy will come from harsh living, abuse, shock and emotional dis-ease.  Lack of nurturing means we lose our instinct to nurture self. We become detached, excluded from heart zones.

When engaged with Heart love we radiate warmth, melting our frozen world. This energy ripples to those around us.

Unconditional love is a way of life  – a 24/7 practice

A learning curve with compassion, discretion and humility for all (including the self) is a new concept for some. Queen Elizabeth II used this constantly, treating everyone she met the same. Our heart zone frequencies (physical, energetic/etheric heart centres) are produced in the heart. Rhythms interface with energetics. Conditional love produces lower rhythms, while unconditional processes give high essence and resonance.

We may have love and compassion for others, but what about ourselves? Nurturing of the self is key to finding/living Love. Feeding the heart daily, unconditionally, to fully receive and develop unconditional love. When we don’t the heart will shrivel.

The seven levels experience helps us understand that Love is a ‘two-way street’.  We need to feel love to develop love. The more we develop the more we grow Love, more support and warmth we live in abundance. We see the bigger picture with compassion, a fulfilling prophecy – as Love grows our world becomes a better place.

Over time there is progression, enabling us to function on all seven levels at the same time. High and low percentages achieved. However, 100% experience is required to master the ‘self’ with gold stars! For example, achieved 80% physical level one; 60% mind level two; 35% level seven, unconditional love.

Ways to Empower Yourself:

  1. Forgive yourself and others unconditionally
  2. Show humility
  3. Love yourself
  4. Support others compassionately

Results of Conditional Love.

  1. We allow negative experiences to limit our choices
  2. We hold resentments – rejection, abandonment, bitterness etc

We reject love for our self and others

  1. We block/prevent/sabotage from receiving love or nurturing the self

accumulating karma against self.

When living from the abundance of unconditional love we ‘expand’ and life becomes easier. With inner support we grow in love and nurture ourselves. Life experientially changes when we hold compassion and live Love from the Heart.

With understanding we can make a difference daily. The more we connect to the physical heart and zones the more love we can activate internally and radiate externally. Send your love from the Heart daily into the world; locally in interactions and soften your world with humility and unity. Love is the answer to our prayers and a peaceful world. Adopt practices such as ‘think before you speak’. Will your words hurt another?
