Vibe high and the magic around you will unfold

There is no medication in the world that can change how you feel about yourself. Even celebrities, film, and reality stars, can feel lost as they struggle to keep up with appearances and maintain a public persona that may be at odds with how they feel inside. Everyone, no matter who or how popular they are, has their own challenges. There are times when all of us feel we have lost our sparkle yet feel confused because we can’t understand why.
One reason could be that we have created imaginary boundaries that make us feel stuck in life and we just accept them rather than manifest the life we want. A symptom of this is starting to experience physical pain in a part of the body where we haven’t felt it before. This could be a link to something hidden within, perhaps not accepting how we look, not feeling good enough, or allowing people to infringe our personal boundaries.
Such things are habits that we allowed to continue throughout our lives rather than stretching ourselves to become the best version of ourselves we can possibly be. Only when we decide to find the reason for feeling despondent or in pain can healing happen. And it will.
One way to release negativity is through meditation and concentrating on breathwork. It takes practice and patience – we can’t just meditate once and think it’s too much like hard work! At least twice a week at first, we notice how focusing on the breath helps us focus on the present moment rather than holding onto the past or worrying about the future. This is ‘mindfulness’ and by living in the moment and noticing the synchronistic signs that the universe offers us we stop feeling distracted or judgemental.
It doesn’t matter how we meditate, as part of a class, with a reputable tutor or alone listening to a guided meditation online. The purpose is to do all we can to help bring harmony into our lives.
Before you try to fix someone else’s vibe, make sure
you’re not killing your own in the process

Everything starts with self-love, something that many people struggle with thinking it’s all about appearances. Yes, if we lose weight or have a cosmetic treatment done, we look and feel more confident for a time, but the problem remains if we don’t genuinely respect our selves. It’s the feeling within that counts, the authentic self regardless of any outward appearance.
Think of the people whom you love without question, children, partner, or friend. Yet when it comes to us, can we put a hand on heart and say we truly love ourselves in mind, body, and spirit? We need to learn to accept every aspect of ourselves, warts, and all!
Once we have decided to feel good about ourselves on all levels, a good step is to do something we have longed to try, to make us feel happy and in the moment. This could be an alternative therapy treatment, singing or dancing or artwork, any activity that helps us to be relaxed, stress-free and ever present. Just ignore the old excuses, like “I haven’t got time” or “I haven’t got the energy”.
For myself, I joined a Zumba class. I’d tried this once before a few years ago and I didn’t like it because the other women were unfriendly and some were screaming and shouting during the dance moves, which made me feel uncomfortable and drained. It put me off Zumba completely, assuming that all classes would be the same. Aren’t they supposed to make us feel vibrant and happy?
My attitude changed when I met a local Zumba teacher through a mutual friend who had been trying to get me to go to the class for ages, knowing I would enjoy it. I resisted; all the earlier negative memories still too real in my mind. However, when my friend introduced me to this lady, I could feel her positive energy and decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did, thoroughly enjoying myself and buzzing afterwards. As I practised the moves I was in the moment and the class was so much fun, with everyone friendly and no screaming! Things can be different when we stop making excuses to ourselves.
The reason life works at all is that not everyone in your tribe
is nuts on the same day! And laughter is carbonated holiness

Whenever we’re feeling down, we must try to surround ourselves with lively and optimistic friends who will make us feel happier and help us to laugh. However, it takes time to know who your real ‘tribe’ are. We have all met people who appear friendly at face value, yet we sense a bad vibe from them. This is our intuition kicking in to protect us and problems appear when we don’t listen to the energy we feel within – there’s always a good reason for that feeling and the gut never lies.
Finding our true tribe happens with divine timing and often in magical ways when we realise we are worthy of building positive relationships with people who share our vision. When we meet those with ‘good vibes’ we also vibrate at a higher level, realising how much we have in common. Surrounding ourselves with happy, vibrant people attracts more of the same and this creates a meaningful and empowering tribe, all vibrating at the same frequency of love. When this happens, we feel totally inspired and wear our positivity for all to see.
