a word that can bring about great things
The vibration and energy when you forgive yourself and others depends how heart felt it is. For instance, ‘I apologize’ has a lower vibration than ‘I am sorry, please forgive me’.
Holding on to regrets, negativities and hurts weigh heavy and eventually cause a decline internally. Deep hurt, rejection and abandonment is stored in the core of our mind-body-emotion systems. Embellished over time, the impacts on the heart go deep and can take over every fibre of our being. From my experience, most people find it easier to forgive others, than themselves. Our regrets cause consternation makes us dissatisfied with life and can lead to sacrifice and self-sabotage.
Living with hurt and emotional impacts massively affects our energetic systems causing low energy, fatigue etc. For example, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has an underlying ‘blowout’ of energetics, shock, complex trauma, knocking out body support systems. Aborting energy, over time, weakness, fatigue results, as we become a faded aspect of of our true self. Dissociating with life. I call this ‘Shell of Soul’ living.
We tend not to associate past life events with our health, but the aftermath of unresolved trauma, harsh events and lack of forgiveness exists all over the body. Underlying historical system weakness brings repetition and further detriment from disease, heart issues and cancer. Irrational fears linger from unresolved experiences, survival, low self-esteem, ground-hog-day choices and unresolved relationship re-matches.
Additionally, we can genetically inherit intolerance, judgement and bitterness from our lineages and cultures. These are mirrored, conditioned and seen daily within society. It comes in many packages, dictates subconsciously and overrides todays living.
We can’t change the past, but we can heal it. Come to terms, move on and put a line under it.
Forgiving our past and ourselves is a big part of recovery. Therapy can help heal those unseen scars and wounds within us, bringing the emotional treadmill that brings so much unhappiness to a standstill. It is essential to help the individual move on from adverse traumatic events received, inherited and brought with us – it gets in the way of liberated living today.
Forgiveness frees us from etheric cords that bind us.
Every interaction is a vibrational, energetic memory, good, bad or indifferent. Have you ever met a stranger and felt you ‘knew’ them, or they seemed familiar, but haven’t introduced yourself or interacted with them? So many times, I have seen individuals joyous to meet one another again, and the opposite – ‘keep away from me sit at the other end of the table, I don’t want any interaction with you’. Grief and dislike oozing from both.
Obviously, the latter is not helpful when running a training programme or workshop. Until recently, I would step in and try resolve the situation telling them “That was then, this is now” but a lot of this ‘energy’ has lain dormant for generations (in some cases) and is triggered on meeting again. Individuals swept up in the powerful feelings of competition, jealousy, vengeance, revenge, rejection, abandonment etc carry them
Breaking the etheric chain
The strength of etheric chains that bind us all together can be weakened by these feelings. Stored in every cell and nuance of our bodies, the cocktail of emotional hurts creates our mindsets and triggers. All parties/groups/lineages etc. need to be healed, the removal of one or some is not enough, it needs to be a ‘clean sweep’ otherwise bitterness/distrust will carry from generation-to-generation mirroring what went before.
Forgiveness, (especially of the self) liberates the heart and body from restrictions. I advocate students look in the mirror when saying “I forgive myself, I LOVE myself, I acknowledge who I am”. Some find this very a tough task, finding it a challenge to look themselves in the eye. It does become easier the more often you do this.
Part of the forgiveness process is to acknowledge; ourselves, our wrongs, our choices, events that have hurt us. We are on both sides of the coin, both victim and perpetrator. We need to acknowledge our part in hurting others.
Forgiving allows ‘core’ levels to be healed. Beyond simple relationships, group healings can become complex – rounding up everyone associated and involved can be likened to a spider’s web radiating and rippling to more than we expected. Obviously, everyone involved in an emotional trauma will need help to heal their past hurts, to find liberation from their emotional baggage and ensure the wellbeing of future generations.
Sometimes, devastating core impacts have been so shocking (for example, crucifixion), that more specialist help is required. Often the individual has ‘shut down’ and needs deep, expert help to recover.
We only know what we know until we know differently
Believe it or not, past lives do have an impact on life today, the experiences of previous incarnations are genetically stored within us, ensconced until they are removed and eliminated.
I suggest Dissolve and Resolve Emotion therapy (D.A.R.E) fast track elimination of past life and historical issues.
Be part of the solution instead of the problem start forgiving, liberating self.
