Key moments
In every person’s life, there are many moments that determine everything that comes after. In fact, every moment is important, but some moments stand out. In Linda’s situation, there are a few key moments that I would like to mention here. 1st moment: The moment Linda and I were told by the doctor that she probably had cancer, we both went into a state of fear. We went into autopilot mode and took the steps that we have been told all our lives in this society. First you go to the doctor, then to the hospital where you listen to what the white coats tell you, and then you act accordingly.
This was an important moment. You could also ask yourself whether at that moment we had a choice in how we reacted, because how could we have reacted differently than we did? Starting with the fact that we shot into fear. Doesn’t everyone feel fear at such a moment? And doesn’t everyone in this Western modern society think it is perfectly normal to take the same steps afterwards that we did at that moment? It did not even occur to us to act differently.
Note … I am not suggesting that acting differently would have been better. That is not what this article is about. But in fact, at that moment we didn’t make any decision at all. We were paralysed and we were just following conscious and unconscious instructions that anyone would follow, except maybe a few. That is who we were at that moment, as souls somewhere in our evolution and as humans raised in this society.
2nd moment: When the doctors in the AMC told Linda that they had taken over the treatment and what the possible consequences of the operation would be, it was such a shock that we woke up from our lethargy. We suddenly realised that something was not right. We became aware that we had a choice, even if it was not granted to us wholeheartedly. We took control and left the hospital.
3rd moment: Shortly after that moment, still on our way home, we went crazy, because we became angry, and out of anger we refused to have anything to do with hospitals. We went our own way! Had we been more balanced at that moment, we would have insisted on further consultation in Apeldoorn.
Whether Linda would have survived the cancer or not is unpredictable. The proposed operation was radical and the further course did not exclude chemo. However, let me add a few words: No one goes before their time.
I am aware that there is a great paradox in those words, because that would mean that even if someone dies from a murder, this is somehow ‘predestined’, but perhaps it is in the line of expectation that in a life on Earth with these souls, under those circumstances at that time, something like this could happen. The true backgrounds of such a traumatic event are normally impossible for humans to grasp because we do not have insight into the soul aspects that are involved, and that is just as well.
In Linda’s case, specialists tried to take away her free choice by determining what she should do according to them. They ignored the fact that only Linda had responsibility for her own life.
Maybe things would have been different if…
That is a nonsensical thought. This is how it went and neither Linda nor I have ever regretted our decisions. In addition, I dare say that the whole Akaija concept would not have come out and I would never have written the book ‘Opting for Freedom of Choice’.
When that book, which begins with this incident, was published in 2009, I did not expect that 11 years later, Freedom of Choice would play such an important role in everyone’s life. Two years ago, 2020, Covid19 was declared a world-threatening pandemic that would kill hundreds of millions of people and against which only an experimental, hastily developed vaccine would offer protection, while long-established cheap and proven effective drugs (like Ivermectin, Quercitin, Hydroxychloriquine) were taken off the market and banned. Even as I write this, it is being claimed that every citizen of the world must receive this vaccine and that there is no question of their doing so voluntarily.
Many people believe this and have had themselves injected. Others demand freedom of choice and refer to the Nuremberg Code, which states that the integrity of our bodies may not be violated. The Dutch government also tries to force people to take these injections on pain of exclusion from public life. At the time of writing: early February 2022.
Freedom of Choice is at stake.
Wat heeft jou hiertoe doen besluiten?
It is now the beginning of 2022 and in recent months we have noticed that people are becoming increasingly intolerant of each other when it comes to being vaccinated or not. The Netherlands was a free country where anything could be said. Within two years this has changed, because speaking critically about the pandemic, or even positively about Russia, or questioning government policy… it is no longer appreciated. Moreover, social media censors such noises. The public media repeat again and again: “You are doing it for someone else! Protect your children. If you don’t, you are antisocial and selfish.”
Are we living in China?
A large group of people agree and even consider it justified to lock people up who refuse the injection in quarantine camps if necessary. Austria has introduced mandatory vaccinations on pain of huge fines and long prison sentences. I once received a response to something I had posted about freedom of choice. I don’t know the exact words, but it came to this: “Your freedom is my unfreedom.” I had anticipated a lot, but not that so many people would be so easily convinced by the one-sided exposure from the conventional media. So that comment ‘Your freedom is my lack of freedom’ got me thinking. Am I selfish to refuse to be injected with something I have no idea what it is?
Freedom of Choice is not the same as doing whatever you want without taking anyone into account. That too of course is a way of exercising your freedom, but in exercising your freedom at the expense of another, there is no Love and you should not write Freedom with a capital F.
Before you make a choice, it is wise to deliberate as much as possible about the consequences. Now these are the questions:
Does it make sense to be vaccinated against Corona?
And:
What are the consequences for you and for others if you do or do not get vaccinated?
Firstly, you could argue that if these vaccinations do what they promise, then you are protected against people who do not take them. But meanwhile it has been known for months that vaccinated people can just as easily get Corona and infect others. So, who is putting whom at risk? Apart from that, try to answer this question for yourself: What is your choice based on? What information made you decide whether to be injected?
Almost everyone watches hours of television every day and reads the major newspapers, so those are the main sources of information. In addition, the social media are consulted, for what they are worth. Many people take the trouble to look for books and articles on the subject themselves. All people talk to each other and among them are some who work in the health care sector. They see with their own eyes what is happening. There are people who have experienced what it is like to get Covid and how sick it can make you. There are also people who have experienced the side effects of the vaccines and how unwell they can make you.
How reliable are all these ‘sources’ of information?
How do you know if a statement, an article, a broadcast or a person is telling the Truth?
Does a national TV station tell the Truth because almost everyone watches it?
Does a doctor tell the Truth because he has studied it?
Does a government representative tell the Truth because he represents the people?
Does a TV personality tell the Truth because he is famous?
Do you tell the Truth because you have experienced how sick something can make you?
