Andrés Noren is the founder and director of Still Moments Meditation. He has over a quarter of a century of experience in Vedic Meditation and has guided people from all walks of life toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding through this ancient practice.  Andres was mentored by leaders in the field of Vedic Meditation and completed his formal training in 2011 at the foothills of the Himalayas. His training is steeped therefore in the roots of this oldest of  transformative practices. 

Andrés offers Vedic Meditation in a contemporary and relatable way, emphasizing its practical application in daily life. His teaching invites a renewed sense of ease and presence, a way of navigating life’s challenges with steadiness and grace. Beyond the practice itself,
