Life can get in the way of acknowledging our spiritual self. Yes, we can talk about the wonders of spirituality but making the effort to achieve a spiritual understanding can be a challenge. The mind and emotions can ‘get in the way’ of accepting our authentic spiritual self.
Following a recent webinar on spiritual advancement one of the members commented “I thought I was going OK until I heard what you explained!”
The mind can block us from seeing the ‘bigger picture’ of spirituality. In essence, we can be living the ‘sticky plaster approach’ – wrap one around the wound and there, better already. No need for further action.
Oblivious to the real spiritual meaning of spiritual acceptance, we live in the mindset of “I am OK. I like where I am”. And yet, there is a so much more to receive and live, the quiet mind, grace, and ease, living an internal space without stress, suffering or depression. Bliss can be yours. Essentially, it is the lack of acceptance of self that causes anxiety and separation, fragmentation in life!
Our authentic spiritual self can remove our suffering
It is paramount to engage physical and energetic correction for less fragmentation. Internal spiritual advancements need both, physical, energetic interface alignment to function as one unit. 4-selves working as one unit, to open self for spiritual attainment.
When achieved, the 4th HeART Chakra, 3-fold-flame comes ‘online’ – the HeART of the matter. This takes us above the parapet of pain and stress, living as one unit, without separation of self. Fragmentation and separation cause pain and anxiety – the stress of lack of connection. The pain from the heart, living from a lower energetic perspective, gives us emotional and physical pain. In this situation we cannot ‘accept fully’. Fear keeps us on the lower levels of energetics, the high frequencies that are waiting for us are ‘a leap too far.’ Our body-mind-energy keeps us on the treadmill of striving instead of achievement.
Historically we have lived from the mind instead of the heart. Ancient teachings from ritual and dogma have clouded the mind and left out the heart. Jesus spoke about ‘living from the heart’ in his teachings. And if we had followed his wisdom of the heart, we would be a very different society and world today.
With no energetic heart action, the outcome was fragmentation of self – not unlike our phone or computer losing access to the internet. The more offline, the more diversion and disconnection to the heart. The mind ruled and ignoring ourselves, karma was created. This cycle and circle continue and further separate us from our goal of unity and oneness. Ground-Hog-Day all over again. It is a simple equation, yet most are blind to the point of spirituality and easier living. Mad in concept and result.
Awakening comes in all sorts of packages and realisations
Powerful energies have been cascading upon us since 21 September Equinox. A longer period of high frequencies will continue until 7th October. This powerhouse is focusing on aligning our 4-selves (physical interfacing with energetic), auric fields, etheric, emotional, mental bodies – interlinking with the physical. This one unit has been battered and bruised through the ages, and auric malaise remains from trauma lived in past lives.
The impacts of mind and emotion hit all 4-bodies. I find great holes and gaps from emotional trauma and shock lived in past lives in my clients and students. In this situation, auric bodies lose energy daily, tiredness, have low energy, feel fatigued and out of kilter. Factors undermining many physical disorders.
Our spiritual journey is unity and acceptance of self
Unity and Oneness of all parts of self, internally and externally – including 4-selves.
Acceptance of self is to acknowledge and love self, to honour and respect ourselves. The first step is to acknowledge our existence and becomes aware of our internal HeART needs.
We have ignored ourselves for too long – we have adopted ‘pleaser’ traits, putting ourselves last – a diversion on our spiritual journey to unity.
Constant divergence and ignorance costs us dearly – we lose the connection to our heart and the 3-fold-flame dims into embers, as disconnection and disassociation takes place. Instead of the flames of aliveness and heat internally. We live in numbness and the ‘la, la’, land of fantasy. It can take lifetimes to put right their consequences. I strongly urge you to take the time and effort to give this your urgent attention.
Because we have fast track attainment for those who step forward for the enhanced journey and the ultimate spiritual makeover. Correcting, aligning all of you.
