All You Need is Love

When we are born into this structured, material society, this one-size-fits-all world with its rules, routines, ethics, values and standards etc, it seems to me, that from the very moment we are born ‘It’ begins! The ‘moulding into conformity, sit up straight, be quiet, behave yourself, don’t ask questions, smile, do it this way, know your place, don’t think that, this is how it’s done, stop crying, don’t be you, be less, be more’ (and of course everybody’s favourite), let’s ignore it and pretend it’s not happening’!

We are conditioned to believe that we are rewarded in accordance with our ‘worthiness’, and that the ‘accepted’ way IS the ‘road to fulfilment’. But who, here on Earth, has that right to dictate to another? To judge, shame, limit or control another’s thoughts, dreams, perceptions or identity? And in so doing, therefore altering the whole existence and experience of another’s life. I do not condone any controlling, oppressive, or hurtful acts towards another, however, standing up for oneself (peacefully, if possible), is always encouraged).

And what if it is you who rejects this System’s Conditioning? No jobs, no beds, no ‘bobbies,’ no calm, no money, no food, no inspiration, no love, no thought, no voice, no home, no energy, no control, no faith and no point.

You are left out in the cold! Feeling disenchanted, a failure, hopeless or cheated. You are outcast and unseen, all for questioning the justness and longing to be free.

But we were born to be free, from our first breath, to the last. We are, each one of us, a spark of divine energy. A pure soul in a human-suit, here to live the human experience (it’s what you signed-up for). Our world is a plethora of diversity; different races, class, colour, language, education etc (but the same). And each one of us, with our own gifts, talents, experiences, perceptions and ideas are unique (but the same). With such curiosity, imagination and the potential to create the most wondrous of things, or the most savage of things.

Why then, is the history of man, seemingly, on a constant spin-cycle of eat, sleep, destroy, and repeat?

It courses through the very fabric of this world. I mean, just look at our history. Look as you walk around the streets. There is so much unhappiness, struggle and division. So much judgement, poverty, famine, and war within our society – man against man, against man. Are we not evolving? Is it our caveman-thinking mentality, the need to survive, that creates the need for comfort and security. Is it our ancestral genetic traits passed down from generation to generation that keep us in this fearful and limiting mindset? Can we ever really be more than a ‘barbaric caveman?

Is the ‘material system’ just broken?

Is society being governed by (and for) those deemed worthy?  The perceived elite who makes decisions on our behalf leaving us, the majority, those deemed ‘not worthy, kept in a conditioned state, of constant need, desperation and division. Enough so that our false perceptions keep us fighting amongst ourselves, keeping our ‘monkey-minds’, our ego’s (fear), far too busy and pitched to a heavy, dark vibration making us blind to the profound reality of the situation?

Or, is the system working perfectly?

Is there something much larger going on? Is the ramped-up energy that we are seeing on the streets happening because people are tired of the judgement and the lack? Tired of this automaton-existence, the suppressing of all the thoughts and feelings that make a whole and complete being? If the saying ‘the world around us is but a mirror’ (of what is happening on the inside) is true, does it mean we are merely reflecting outwardly the fear, turmoil and division that lies deep within us? Is all this chaos some kind of spiritual evolution? Are we beginning to ‘wake up’?

Is our collective anger exploding outwards like a volcanic eruption? Or is our true self, our inner soul, telling us with such intensity (our feelings), that ‘something is off’, that ‘this is Not the life we are meant to live’? Are we misunderstanding those triggering emotions because we were taught to not look at (or to understand), but to suppress our feelings, to hide from and bury them? And if the saying ‘where attention goes the energy flows’ holds true (the law of attraction), then no doubt, something BIG is happening on a Spiritual and Global level, giving us humans a big kick up the backside! Not only to change our ways, but to break down the false perceptions that we are ‘divided’, that we should be ‘fearful’ and that we are ‘powerless’?

So what can we, the individual, do?

Have we become so desensitised to the lack of thought, understanding and love in society (due to our perception that such qualities have been weaponized and are being used against us)? Are doomed to keep replaying the same old moves from history’s playbook? Will our fears and judgements forever dictate our actions, or can we make a difference? Of course, perception will always be key – if you are living your best life and are happy with your lot, fabulous

Before we can discern the truth of others, of the world in which we live, we must first find the truth of our own self. We must disconnect- to-reconnect. Who says God doesn’t have a sense of humour)? Disconnect from the main frame of this 3D construct and reconnect to the real you.

Ask yourself ‘Who am I’? Why do I feel the way I do?  Are my perceptions real or formed by childhood trauma-wounds and fears? Is the world I see, a creation of my thoughts, or are my thoughts a creation of the world I see? Never be afraid to open your eyes, or your Heart. For it is only in looking beyond the veil of earthly existence, that we will find our own truths.

Remember, life is a process and change is constant. The only thing that an individual can truly do is to take responsibility for oneself, and one’s own energy. How do we disconnect-to-reconnect? To learn to swim the ebbs and flows of life’s tides, without getting caught in dangerous currents or drowning with the sheer effort it takes to keep going?

Firstly, quieten that monkey-mind. Sit in the park, do yoga, meditate, just quieten that fearful monkey-mind. For it is only when in a state of stillness and calm, can the answers, the clarity you are seeking, be revealed to you. Remember, everybody’s journey is different, and so will be the answers. Be brave enough to see the truth of you – the lies we tell ourselves, our fears, worries, guilt or shame. Honour your emotions, feel them, they are trying to tell you something.  There are no mistakes, only lessons, and everything happens for a reason, and in Divine timing.

Once when we have learned to quieten that subconscious monkey-mind, can we reconnect to our true feelings, our higher, lighter vibration, conscious self – that spark of your soul’s divine being.

All the answers you seek are inside of you, they always have been, and they always will be.  When we live in the past, we experience the pains and regrets. When we live in the future, we experience anxiety and fear (false evidence appearing real).  The only thing that is real is Now, this very moment.

Lastly, Choose love over Hate. We were born from love, to love and to be loved. Love yourself for the intricacies that make you. You are a miracle, and the power lies within. Remember the teachings of the prophets, no, not Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah or Ezekiel – I mean our modern-day prophets, Mr. John Lennon and Mr. Paul McCartney. Remember their prophecy and you won’t go wrong.

 ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE.
