Life is Good, Life is Happiness A Mantram for Self-Healing

The very words ‘life is good, life is happiness’ are in themselves a form of affirmation or Mantram.  These words are making a positive statement.    It is a powerful voicing which, when repeated often enough, will set in motion a flow of right thinking and feeling which will gradually help to transform our very cells and thought forms into Light rays.   This energy is so powerful that it can help us to heal ourselves and also our circumstances and the conditions we find ourselves in.

Aside from being a powerful mantram, it is also an astonishing statement of inner realisation.   If we can say these words and think this thought in our everyday lives, it is a statement of accepting our lives and who we are unconditionally.   Since none of us and therefore none of our lives are perfect, the fact that we can think and say ‘life is good, life is happiness’ means not only an acceptance of life, but an acknowledgement that no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in, they are exactly what we need in order to grow and evolve on the spiritual path.  This does not mean, of course, that the soul just sits back and stops growing out of apathy or disillusionment, but rather it trusts the divine order of life to provide it with the conditions and experiences necessary for growth.

The soul knows that it is truly in the right place, at the right time.   The most important aspect of any soul’s journey is to know itself and what it is made of ‘warts and all’.    When we can reach deeper within and go into the very centre of our being, and be at one with spirit, then we can truly say, ‘life is good, life is happiness – thank you God’.

It takes wonderful spiritual vision and understanding to say ‘life is good, life is happiness’ in the midst of life’s challenges and, very often, difficult conditions.   Of course, it is easy to say life is good, life is happiness when everything is going fine for us, and we feel life is at an even keel.   We also say this when something really good or special has happened, but how many of us can still say and feel these words when we’ve just had an upset or when we are deeply hurt or distressed or perhaps loved ones or colleagues are being difficult.  And yet, if we can rise up the problem and say this mantram, we will be uplifted into a higher consciousness.  Even if the problem is not easily solved, we will nevertheless be aware of a sense of peace and stillness within.

Although in many ways we live in a very materialistic world, it is evident that there are more and more individuals and groups around the globe who care passionately about the environment, the animals, the poverty and deprivation of so many people in so many countries.  To care passionately doesn’t automatically alter or change things, but it is a start to bring about change.   When we look around us, we can see how many greater opportunities there are for our compassion to be put into active service and to bring about a better world.   Yes, one is not oblivious to the fact that there is still a great deal of deprivation, poverty, cruelty and wars all around us.   However, we can see how we are becoming more and more global in our thinking and in our service to do good.   The moment disaster or tragedy hits one area of the world, we find out about it within a very short time.   This means that the response and rescue aid is quicker to provide the expertise necessary.    It also means that we can project powerful thoughts of Light and prayer to the afflicted areas.

The power of prayer and light projection alone can bring much healing.   It feels as though humanity slowly but surely is waking up and becoming more aware of its responsibility to others less fortunate.   It is walking away from the self to the greater Self – from the needs of the individual soul to the awareness of the world soul.   The world soul is raising its consciousness and getting rid of old thought-forms and behavioural patterns that have brought so much pain.   The growth is painful and there is so much to heal, but more and more people globally are becoming spiritually awakened.   We need to continue this process of growth with right thinking, right feeling and above all an open heart to embrace our lives.   Surely Eutopia or the Golden Age is about the true awakening of the I Am within ourselves and raising our consciousness so that in time we will truly be living a life that is good, a life that will naturally bring out that inherent gift of happiness which is within us.

More and more people globally are becoming spiritually awakened…we need to continue this process of growth with right thinking and feeling.  As we awaken, we are uplifted in consciousness and feel that inner sense of happiness which is real and true.  Happiness is a natural state of being.  It does not rely or depend on outside circumstances or on others.  It is a spiritual gift that we inherit as we grow in spirituality and understanding.

May goodness and happiness be your guiding gifts to share.
