You, a Self’s Truth

truth

Truth is a quality, a state of being, a fact, or a belief that can be complex, simple, and an enigma. Whether the truth is relative, absolute, or subjective, finding your inner truth is reliant on all three. Inner truth, your truth, lies on a tide of change caused by just how little you, really know about yourself, compared to the vast amount of knowledge you don’t know. As with all tides, truth gives as well as takes and this is seen in what was once thought to be a truth, evolving into an untruth, as can your inner truth, purely because the knowledge about you, the human condition, your environment, and the cosmos within which you live changes.

Knowledge gives rise to understanding which brings into question the existence of some established absolute truths despite the fact they are immutable, creates new ones, and endorses and enriches relative and subjective truths all of which change your perception.  An example of this is it’s an immutable fact, and therefore an absolute truth, that you have a unique, physical body so complex it isn’t yet fully understood by the scientific and medical professions. Dig a little deeper and you will find it’s an absolute truth that your body is the result of the mass and matter of living energy that is sentient to the world around it, yet it houses you, a self with a consciousness that is unique to you. You, a conscious self, are an energy thought to be produced by the brain, an organ that no one understands the full workings of or the energy it produces. So, although the physical existence of your body is an absolute truth, you, a conscious self, are a subjective and relative inner truth, the origins, and workings of which go beyond understanding in today’s world. You, an invisible, evolving, structured energy of the cosmos from within which you, a self, view the outer world. Know this to be true, and you will discover that your ancient ancestors didn’t need to be told that:

  • All matter, including biomatter, is energy is reliant upon vibration.
  • All life forms, including human beings, have an aura which was produced by higher frequencies which consist of aethers (including particles that lie in the electromagnetic spectrum of visible light between 380 – 780 nm are visible optical radiation doesn’t have sharp borders) that can’t be seen by the naked eye but can be sensed by it.
  • All living thing things are made up of two different forms of the same energy of light, that which you can see, and that which you sense.
  • The human body is bioluminescent and emits, communicates, and interacts with light.
  • The higher the resonance of a human body, the healthier the person is.
  • The aura isn’t simply “visual illusions known as afterimages”.
  • No one sees things as they really are.

Because they already knew the unseen, but sensed energies underpin the unconscious of the universal mind held within the cosmos are merely an extension of themselves and the physical world. Therefore, your ancient ancestors had a very different perspective of life due to their knowledge and wisdom gathered from nature, the aethers, and the heavens, and the role they played insured the survival of the human race.

truth

Perception is your body’s ability to harvest information from your environment through your many more than five senses, which you process and organize to help you interact with it. It enables you to see through the obvious and superficial and witness the workings taking place beneath. Experience enables empathy which enables inner reflection which enables a greater understanding of you, a self, of other selves, and life itself, which enables different and new experiences, which in turn, changes your perspective. A chain reaction where the more you understand yourself, the more your perspective changes, the deeper you go, the more knowledge you accrue about yourself and others, the more you understand yourself, etc. What starts the chain reaction is you, a self, asking yourself difficult questions, taking a good look in the mirror, and being truthful with yourself as to what you see. And once seen, excuse yourself from the blame game by taking responsibility for the consequences of your actions and reactions. It is a powerful, ongoing process that introduces you to the internal world you a self creates with your mind. The inner truth of the internal world of you a self, helps you cope with the external world within which your physical body actively resides.

Your inner truth is unique to you, it is yours and no one else’s, it’s greater than the height, width, and breadth of your self-knowledge. Of the mind, your inner truth courses through your veins alongside the knowledge of your ancestors and it is the sum total of your past lives in each present lifetime. It lies in your dreams, your thoughts, your words, your actions, and your nonaction and is reflected through your physical body. It is the egoless quality of you, and as such, it knows what you truly need to live your present life in an empowered, enlightened, purposeful, and meaningful way. Your inner truth is both pliable and malleable since it evolves as you do to the extent that in later years you will reflect upon what you once swore was your truth, is no more. It is yours to find, a never-ending journey made up of twists, turns, stopping, backtracking, giving up only to resume, breaking down and the repairing, sacrificing, and getting lost until you find yourself, even when you think you are not lost. And then when you a self, have found who you are, the process starts all over again because you the self, realises that your inner truth holds far more truths than you can imagine.

Finding your truth has been romanticised and necessarily so. As a consequence, the truths associated with doing so and the responsibilities associated with undertaking such a journey have taken a back seat. They are:

  • Inner truths can’t be found when following another’s.
  • Inner truth can’t be destroyed.
  • Which aspect of a self is looking? Is it the best or worst of who they are? Hitler and other maniacal despots allowed the worst of who they were to follow their truth and look at what happened.
  • The journey of finding the inner truth is endless due to the complexities of a self.
  • Inner truth is a paradox because all truths are based on partial knowledge.
  • What is right for one self will not be so for another.
  • What is one self’s truth is another’s lie.
  • Finding the inner truth is part of a self’s purpose.
  • The rewards of inner contentment and happiness may not be sustainable but are worth it.

So go find or continue to follow your truth, embrace it, work with it, and allow it to show you the magnificent truth of who you, a self, truly is.
